1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xo3bet ("xo3bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xo3bet website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

xo3bet is an online betting platform offering sports wagering, live casino products and a broad catalogue of slot and instant-win titles. The platform is designed to serve players across Pakistan — including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — with an emphasis on transparency, user security and responsible gambling.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

xo3bet does not represent that the Services are lawful, appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. In Pakistan, the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial legislation may restrict gambling activities. These Terms do not constitute legal advice, and xo3bet does not claim any authorisation or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market offered by xo3bet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, matched-deposit bonuses or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account activities (including withdrawals) may proceed.
• "Platform" means the xo3bet website and all associated mobile-responsive interfaces, applications and digital services.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the minimum age requirement, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Services under these Terms.
• "Services" means all products, features, betting markets, games, promotions and support functions offered by xo3bet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency display reference used on this Platform for Pakistani players.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on xo3bet, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. xo3bet strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account with xo3bet under any identity or email address.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, consultant or close family member of xo3bet or any associated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are using your own funds for betting purposes — funds that are not connected to any form of criminal activity.

xo3bet reserves the right to request eligibility verification at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access xo3bet's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact details. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices are used — xo3bet reserves the right to merge, suspend or close all associated accounts and to void any associated transactions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xo3bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your account details with any third party. xo3bet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify xo3bet immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts for Pakistani players display balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Actual currency handling, conversion rates and settlement procedures are subject to the operator's current payment processing arrangements.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

xo3bet is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, fraud prevention requirements and responsible gambling duties. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when account activity reaches certain thresholds, or at any time xo3bet deems it necessary.

5.1 Documents Required

Verification typically requires one or more of the following, depending on the nature of the check:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — a NADRA-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or an unexpired Pakistani passport are the primary accepted documents for Pakistani users.
• Proof of address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) where required by the operator.
• A selfie or liveness-check video alongside your identity document.
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits and/or withdrawals.

xo3bet reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals and betting activity on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. xo3bet accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience arising from such suspension where it has been imposed in good faith.

6 Deposits

To place bets on xo3bet, you must first fund your Account through an available payment method. Deposit methods vary and are subject to change. The following payment channels are referenced for user orientation as familiar Pakistani payment rails — they are not endorsed, affiliated with, or guaranteed to support gambling transactions: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account at the time of deposit.
• xo3bet does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please confirm with your provider.
• Deposits are generally credited promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method, your bank or wallet provider, and applicable compliance checks.
• xo3bet reserves the right to reject, reverse or place on hold any deposit that triggers a compliance review or is inconsistent with your account history.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by xo3bet on a case-by-case basis.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings.
• Active bonus fund obligations (wagering requirements) must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• xo3bet does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Actual processing time depends on the method used, your verification status and any compliance review in progress.
• xo3bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may require provision of additional documentation or information.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

xo3bet reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a market has been suspended, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity.

8.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are provided in decimal format by default, with alternative formats (fractional, Hong Kong) selectable in account settings. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament games, football and UFC. Live odds are updated in real time. xo3bet accepts no liability for delays in odds updates due to data feed latency or connection interruptions.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: an event is cancelled or abandoned and not replayed within the operator's stated timeframe; there is a palpable error in the odds offered; or where market integrity is called into question by official governing bodies.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant market. xo3bet reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players at its reasonable discretion.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified at the point of offer. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be removed without notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring or selling bonus credits is prohibited.
• xo3bet reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so.
• Where xo3bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotional offer has been abused — including through the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated multi-account activity — it reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xo3bet and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies across platforms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational use.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform through VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

11 Responsible Gambling

xo3bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Limit the duration of your active betting sessions and receive reminders.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from gambling.
• Reality checks: Access your net session activity, including total bets placed and results, at any time within your Account.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the xo3bet Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, software, game content, data feeds and trademarks — is the property of xo3bet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of xo3bet.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• xo3bet provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• xo3bet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if xo3bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• xo3bet does not accept liability for losses arising from: service outages; data feed errors; payment processing delays outside xo3bet's reasonable control; or your failure to comply with these Terms.
• xo3bet's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 By xo3bet

xo3bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.
• The Account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Upon closure for breach, xo3bet may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is at xo3bet's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method subject to standard compliance checks.

14.2 By the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting xo3bet support. Account closure requests are processed subject to outstanding wagering obligations and completion of any in-progress compliance review. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to applicable minimum withdrawal limits.

15 Amendments to These Terms

xo3bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xo3bet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you do not agree to a material change, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you in your country of residence.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through xo3bet's customer support channel. xo3bet aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
